The Westchester County Film Office will do your preliminary location scouting and research, make referrals to facilities and services, provide technical and governmental assistance with county, village, town and city governments, arrange for production company use of county-owned properties, and provide "up-to-the-minute" permit and insurance regulations for every municipality in the county.
Location scouts, managers and production representatives are welcome to browse through Film Office photo files of select Westchester locations. The Film Office is committed to "going the extra mile" for each and every production to guarantee a successful shoot.
Requests for film and production guides should also be addressed via e-mail. When requesting a guide, please include your name and address, including zip code, so we can mail a copy of the guide to you promptly. You may also download the 2012 Municipal Filming Guide.

Take Metro North Railroad (Harlem Division) from Grand Central Station to White Plains Station.Take a taxi from the station to 148 Martine Avenue Ave., at the corner of Martine and Court. The office is on the ground floor, Suite 104, first door on your right after security.
