Locations

Westchester is home to a rich array of backdrops that have been featured in hundreds of films, commercials, and television productions. We have bustling cities, gorgeous parks, beaches, rural farms, suburban neighborhoods, industrial spaces, all-American Main Streets, and artsy towns. The majestic Hudson River borders the county on one side, and Long Island Sound, with its picturesque harbors, on the other. Westchester is also home to exquisitely maintained historical sites, film-friendly hotels, corporate sites, over a dozen colleges, shopping centers, and a racetrack and casino. We also have an airport, modern and retro office buildings, and courthouses.

Camera-Ready Communities

We have urban settings, as seen in “Law and Order SVU”; idyllic and artsy towns, as seen in "Divorce,” and “The Girl on the Train;” and sites unique to Westchester, like Playland, a century-old amusement park featured in "Big." Learn about the character of our communities here.

Studios and Stages

Westchester County is also home to indoor production facilities and post-production studios. Learn more here.
