Hear ye, hear ye—come one and all to “North Castle! Celebratng America’s 250th,” at the North Castle Public Library through Feb 27. The town’s history in the Revolutionary War will be on display and an art contest will inspire artists to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary.
