Tim Demaj, local Scarsdale resident and restauranteur, started Sea Flame from his passion for high quality, fresh fare. Inspired by the Mediterranean from which he was raised, Sea Flame encapsulates traditional surf ‘n turf, with a simple modern twist – offering specialty dry-aged prime steak cuts and wild-caught seafood with family 5-star service. The fine dining atmosphere is clean, yet inviting, wild and free. A 20-person private room is available for private dinner parties, along with the entire restaurant for larger gatherings up to 125 people. The full-service bar has a mixologist on site and hosts rare spirits and wines, along with a neighborhood happy hour every day starting @ 4PM.
