This 18th century Rhode Island-style farmhouse was used as a Revolutionary War headquarters and command post by General George Washington during the Battle of White Plains. The Miller House, reopened in 2019 after an extensive renovation by Westchester County, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the New York State Register of Historic Places and the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places. It is also a Town of North Castle Landmark.
