The Pocantico Center

Details
Once home to the Rockefeller family, The Pocantico Center’s verdant campus in the scenic hills of the Hudson Valley has been host to some of the most influential leaders, thinkers, and creative minds of the last century. Today, visitors can immerse themselves in the estate’s historic architecture—including Kykuit, John D. Rockefeller’s 1913 Beaux-Arts villa—and crafted landscapes through seasonal tours and year-round cultural events. Located within the Pocantico Center, the new David Rockefeller Creative Arts Center is a home for the creative process where artists and audiences come together to develop, present, and experience new works of art. Its196-seat indoor-outdoor theater offers performances by locally and nationally acclaimed artists, as well as fine arts workshops, lectures, and community programs. Rotating visual arts exhibitions in its 1,800-square-foot gallery are open to the public at no cost. Tickets for all tours, events, and exhibitions at The Pocantico Center must be obtained online in advance of visiting.
