Carolina's Ice Cream

Since 1994, Carolina's Ice Cream has produced artisanal ice cream with lucuma, a native fruit of Peru and a superfood known as the "gold of the Incas."

Lucuma is super-nutritious, with beta carotene, iron, zinc, vitamin B3, calcium and protein, and it is rich in antioxidants. We strive to preserve the traditional essence and exquisite flavor of the lucuma fruit, a taste described as maple-, caramel- or pumpkin-like.

We also offer soursop, cherimoya and passionfruit ice cream.
