Old Croton Aqueduct State Historical Trail

Escape the 21st century and bring your family on a historic journey through Westchester County! For more than 150 years, the trail atop the Old Croton Aqueduct has linked communities along the lower Hudson River. This tree-lined 26.2-mile portion of the 41-mile trailway, popular with runners and walkers, offers glimpses of historic and architectural treasures along the way. The 22 miles between Quaker Bridge Rd. in Cortlandt and Lamartine Ave. in Yonkers have been designated as part of the Hudson River Valley Greenway Trail.
