Goosefeather pays tribute to the cuisine of Hong Kong, with a focus on noodles, Cantonese barbecue, and dumplings. Chef Dale Talde brings his imagination to the cuisine, utilizing unexpected ingredients like dry-aged beef, black truffles and more. The venue offers four separate dining rooms, a 9-seat bar, and both indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
