Le Moulin Eatery and Wine Bar opened in February 2016 in historic Downtown Yonkers right on the Hudson River Waterfront. Since that day, Chef Colwell has been serving proprietary interpretations of French cuisine, inspired by her youth and perfected by her decades of culinary research and experience.
