Anthony’s Nose

Not for the faint of heart, this strenuous 3.5 hour hike will reward you with one of the best panoramic views of the Hudson River from the peak of Anthony’s Nose. After your ascent, you’ll follow the white blazes of the historic Appalachian Trail downhill.

Croton Point Park

Trek the rest of your day away in the 508 acres of this lush park. Boat, hike, swim, kayak or visit the Nature Center. As dusk falls, set up camp in your RV, tent or in a rented cabin on the grounds. End your perfect day around a blazing campfire, and wake up refreshed to the sounds of birdsong.

Fishing In Croton Point Park

The early bird catches the fish! Launch your sailboat, canoe or car-top carried boat in the park starting at 8am. Get a NYS fishing license in advance from the Westchester County Clerk's office: (914) 995-3088 or the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation: (866) 472-4332. And bring worms!
